Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an event with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. The deposit for services is non-refundable.
Event Venue Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Chicago Chefs Table for your upcoming event. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule an event. To ensure a smooth process and provide clarity for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Early Cancellation (more than 90 days before the event):
If you need to cancel your event more than 90 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of [2% of the total rental cost].
Standard Cancellation (between 30 and 90 days before the event):
If you need to cancel your event between 30 and 90 days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit the initial deposit or prepayment. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
Late Cancellation (less than 30 days before the event):
If you need to cancel your event less than 30 days before the scheduled date, the full rental fee will be non-refundable. Any other payments made for additional services or amenities may be refunded at the discretion of The Chicago Chefs’ Table.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. However, a rescheduling fee of 2% of the total rental cost may apply.
In the event of circumstances beyond either party's control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism, either party may choose to cancel the event without penalty.
To initiate the cancellation process, please contact The Chicago Chefs’ Table in writing (email) and provide your event details, including the date and reason for cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
The Chicago Chefs’ Table reserves the right to review and modify this cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, especially for large or unique events.
Any damage to the venue or its equipment may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
