Chicago Chefs’ Table was founded by Kathy Baggs, a Chicago-based business leader whose career has long been rooted in hospitality, operational excellence, and a deep appreciation for fine dining.
For more than two decades, Kathy has served in executive leadership at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations, overseeing finance, accounting, human resources, and the operational systems that allow culinary creativity to flourish. While the chefs and product developers focused on innovation, Kathy ensured the organization was built on strength, clarity, and sustainability.
But beyond the numbers and structure has always been something more personal — a love for the experience of dining itself.
Kathy has long believed that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen around a table. A beautifully prepared meal. Thoughtful service. The hum of conversation. The feeling of being welcomed and cared for.
Chicago Chefs’ Table was created from that belief.
